Pearlie Wilemon was born 9 Aug 1894 in Blount County, Alabama, and died Apr 1897 in Blount County, Alabama. She was buried in Antioch Methodist Cemetery, Oneonta, Blount County, Alabama. She was the daughter of William Freeman Wilemon and Emma Lou Huie. A very sad and sudden death occurred here Saturday afternoon.- Mr. and Mrs Wm. Wilemon who live a few miles from town had come here to do some trading and to get some medicine for their infant child which has always been in bad health.- While they were in J. A. Brice's store trading, without a moment's warning, the infant died in its mother's arms. The cause of the child dying so suddenly is not known. The sympathy of the people of the town's feel for the bereaved parents was shown by the fact that they purchased a nice little casket for the deceased to be buried in.
