Obituary for Toleta Mae Northcraft Bennett from the Cumberland Evening Times of Friday, April 11, 1969, as well as the Cumberland News of Saturday, April 12, 1969: "MRS. JAMES Q. BENNETT. Mrs. T. Mae Bennett, 76, formerly of Flintstone, died suddenly Thursday. She was a native of Artemas, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Michael and Leona (Wilson) Northcraft. She was a member of the Glendale Church of the Brethren, Flintstone. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Quinter Bennett, in 1969. She is survived by one son, Alvin H. Bennett, Wiley Ford, with whom she resided; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Whitacre, Hershey, Pennsylvania, and Mrs. Edith Grace, Clinton, Michigan; one brother, Kelly Northcraft, Artemas; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Silcox-Merritt Funeral Residence from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service will be conducted tomorrow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Jesse Whitacre and Rev. Karl Harper will officiate and burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Chaneysville." Funeral notice for Toleta Mae Northcraft Bennett: "Bennett Rites - Services for Mrs. James Q. Bennett, formerly of Flintstone, who died Thursday, will be conducted tomorrow at 3 p.m. at the Silcox-Merritt Funeral Residence, by Rev. Jesse Whitacre and Rev. Earl Harper. Intement will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Chaneysville. Friends will be recieved at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m."
