OBITUARY: She was born on July 22, 1933 to John C. and Letha H. Reneau in Oneonta, Al. She was a graduate of Oneonta High School where she played softball and was a member of the marching band. After graduating from high school she took the Civil Service exam and went to work at Bynum Field in Gadsden, AL before being transferred to Brookley AFB in Mobile, AL. When Brookley was closed, she transferred to Lynn Haven, FL before going on to her final posting at Tyndall AFB in Panama City, FL where she worked as a fuel storage coordinator until her retirement. She had over 40 years with the Civil Service. Jonnie was an active member of the Parker United Methodist Church in Panama City, FL, where she served in many capacities, especially Food Pantry Ministry. She was very involved with the local Humane Society and animal shelter in her area. Jonnie also enjoyed many outdoor activities including gardening, golf and her favorites: fishing and scalloping. She was an excellent bowler for many years and at one time won the Mobile City Championship. Jonnie loved playing the piano and was able to do so until a few months before her passing. Jonnie was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters: Justine Hutcherson and Mavis Novelli. She is survived by her sister, Iladine Hutcherson, long time friend, Maude Lee Kemp (Mud), her niece, Susan Miklic, and four nephews, Mike Mc Collum, Tim Mc Collum, John Hutcherson and Jamie Hutcherson. She was also survived by several great nephews and nieces as well as her many friends and close neighbors in Panama City, FL.
