SAN ANGELO On Friday, July 23, 2010, we lost our dad, son, brother and friend to a short battle of cancer, while receiving treatment in San Antonio, Texas. Steven John Kohutek was born March 16, 1949, to Johnny Robert and Doris Ann (Sladek) Kohutek.
