Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at McCoy Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Tommy Taylor officiating. Military graveside services will be in Sweetwater Cemetery. Mr. McGlothlin was born in Sweetwater and had lived in Hobbs for the past 15 years. He was a mud engineer for Acme Mud Company. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and a Methodist. Survivors include his wife, Gloria McGlothlin of Hobbs; a sister, Joyce Fogg of Cedaredge, Calif.; two brothers, Buck Nix of Phoenix, Ariz., and Glen Broadwell of Johnston, Colo.; and his stepmother, Jewel George of Sweetwater.
