BULLOCK RITES TO BE HELD SATURDAY Funeral rites for Mrs. Pearl Bullock, 58, will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Christ. J. P. Crenshaw of San Angelo will conduct the services. The body will be taken overland Sunday to Copperas Cove for burial at 2:30 p.m. Her body will lie in state at Yates Funeral Home until the services. Mrs. Bullock was born in Mason County on Feb. 17, 1885 as Pearl Payne. She was married in San Angelo on July 2, 1911, and moved to Sweetwater in 1915. She has been a member of the Church of Christ for about 40 years. She is survived by her husband, Homer Bullock; two brothers, Leonard J. Payne of Laughton, Okla. and Arthur Payne of Alhambra, Calif.; four nieces, Mrs. Bet Prewit of Pecos, Mrs. H. Doty of Hobbs, New Mex., Lillian and Ruby Payne of Alhambra, Calif.; and four nephews, Roy, Burnett, Tommy and Glenn Payne, all of the armed forces. Pallbearers will be I. C. Muns, A. A. Wade, Hudson Lincoln, Will Scott, Tommy Bonner and Roy Mathews.
