Bio
Lillian C. Ray, 98, died Friday, April 26, 2019, at a local nursing home in Pleasanton following an extended illness. Mrs. Ray was born Sept. 27, 1920, in Rogers to Henry and Pauline (Kachtik) Dusek. She married Mr. Clovis Ray on June 23, 1938 and they celebrated their 75th anniversary before the passing of Clovis. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clovis Ray; siblings, Gladys Matula, Henry Dusek Jr., Melvin Dusek; and two grandsons, Bobby Ray Jr. and Clovis Ray. She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Ray (Clarence) Wood of Calliham; a son, Bob (Cecilia) Ray of Houston; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1, at Roberson Funeral Home, Three Rivers. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1, at Roberson Funeral Home, Three Rivers. Pallbearers will be Eddie Ray, Jeff Atkinson, Clay Atkinson, Stacy Little, David Pennington and Robert Repka, Jr. Burial will follow at the Calliham Cemetery, Calliham. Services entrusted to Roberson Funeral Home, Three Rivers.
