Bio

Mrs. Alfred (Hilda) Wolff, 533 E. Pearl St., Seymour, age 65, passed away early Tuesday morning in a Green Bay hospital following a short illness. She was born November 9, 1905 in Black Creek. On June 8, 1929 she was married to Alfred Wolff in Black Creek and after their marriage the couple farmed in Black Creek until 1946 when they moved to their Seymour residence. Mr. Wolff preceded her in death in April 1969. For a number of years Mrs. Wolff was employed by the Hittner Clinic in Seymour. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Altar Society of St. John Catholic Church. Survivors are three sons, Gerald, Neenah, James Berlin, and Cyril of Appleton; two brothers, Arthur Stingle, Appleton, Ervin, Black Creek, two sisters, Mrs. Maynard (Gertrude) Nelson, Black Creek, Mrs. Eleanor Hietpas, Appleton; 7 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John Catholic Church, Seymour with Rev. Richard Shafer officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Muehl Funeral Home, Seymour after 2 p.m. Wednesday and the rosary will be prayed at 8 p.m. Wednesday evening.
