THANK YOU VERY MUCH. ------------------------------------------------ Obituary in The Clarence Courier newspaper, Clarence, Shelby County, MO printed 24 May 1905: Death of Mrs. Sunner. Mrs. Penelope Sunner died at the home of her brother, Robert Powell, in this city May 19, 1905, at 11:15 a.m., after an illness of several months. Deceased was 69 years, 8 months and three days old at the time of her death. She is survived by two brothers, and several children. Funeral service was from the M. E. Church South at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 20, conducted by Rev. W. O. Medley.
