h/o Cora ∼ Although his obit says he was buried in Noble Cemetery, records for the Strawberry Point Cemetery indicate he is buried there. Noble Cemetery records show a burial in a lot he owned there but the burial was later removed. Dubuque Telegraph Herald and Times Journal Wednesday 18 Feb 1931 Lee McLane Strawberry Point, Ia., Feb. 18 — Special: Funeral services for Lee McLane were held Monday afternoon, conducted by Rev. C. W. Cleveland, pastor of the M. E. church at Edgewood. Interment was made in Noble cemetery. Mr. McLane is survived by two sons, Jess and Harry, and one daughter, Mrs. Fred Otterbeck.
