Bio

Henry was the son of Charlie and Frances Annice (Edwards) Van Geem and the husband of Myrtle Lewis whom he married 1934 in Eastland, TX. Henry was a lifelong resident of Eastland, TX and a graduate of Eastland High School. He worked briefly for the Texas Highway Department before taking a job as a lineman for Texas Electric Service Company and later advanced to other positions within the company. In 1978 he retired from Texas Electric after 38 years of service. He was a Mason and was a past master (1955-1956) of Eastland, TX lodge AM & FM #467 and member of the Eastland First Methodist Church. He was adored by his children and grandchildren.
