Bio
Jo Ann Rowlee, 75, of Gering, passed away peacefully Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff. Jo Ann was born May 18, 1939 in Sterling, Colorado to Clifford and Bernice (Meyers) Millsap. She graduated from Mitchell High School in 1957 and soon after married the love of her life, Arthur Rowlee. Together she and Arthur raised four children. Arthur spent 23 years in the Navy and the entire time, Jo Ann held the family together while he served his country. Jo Ann was a member of the United Methodist Church and Moose Lodge #459 until it dissolved. Jo Ann loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and especially, the great grandchildren, who always brought her much joy and happiness. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur; father, Clifford Millsap; and son in law, Rodney Sargent. Cremation, burial unknown. Published online by Jolliffe Funeral Home and Family
