Bio

Lottie Dean was the first child of Celo and Della Dean. She arrived in this world in Indian Territory, less than two months prior to Oklahoma's statehood which occurred November 16, 1907. She and her siblings were born in the same house, but she was born in Stone Community, Indian Territory and they were born in Ellis County, State of Oklahoma.
