Donald Robert Nason, 79, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Thursday, August 6th, at Monroe County Medical Center. Donald was born in Sentinel, Oklahoma on April 27, 1936, a son of the late Cora Viola (Alger) and Leonard Percey Nason. He was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Donald is survived by four daughters, Sherry Hamilton, of Tompkinsville, KY; Amy Nason, of Texas; Christlyn Nicho, of Texas; Deborah Nason, of Arizona; four sons Richard Nason, of Edmonton, KY; Randy Nason, of Tompkinsville, KY; Curtis Nason, of Willette, TN; Dennis Nason, of Tompkinsville, KY. 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Donald is also survived by three sisters, Dora Robertson, of Oklahoma; Georiga Norris, of California; Cora Rattle, of Louisiana. He is preceded in death by a son, Marty Nason; His brothers, David, Danny, George and Jimmy Nason; one sister, Pauline Nason; 3 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Yokley Trible Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 11th, 2015. Visitation is Monday 5:00 P.M.8:00 P.M. and Tuesday 6:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home. Burial is in Old Mt. Herman Cemetery.
