"Services Are On Thursday For C. W. Anderson Funeral services are Thursday, June 4, at 2 p.m. at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont for Clarence W. Anderson, 63, who died June 2, 1981, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Omaha. Rev. John W. Swearingin of the United Presbyterian Church is officiating. Burial in Memorial Cemetery in Fremont will follow military services at the cemetery by American Legion Post #20 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #854, both of Fremont. Clarence W. Anderson was born March 5, 1919, at Litchfield, Nebraska. On December 19, 1941, he married Jurethia (Geri) Ray in Pleasanton, Nebraska. He was a retired farmer and had lived in Fremont for four years. He was formerly from Kearney and had lived ten years at Arlington and Bennington." Enterprise, 4 June 1981.
