Mr. William E. Allen, 79, a native of Baldwin county and a resident of Summerdale died Jan. 25. Survivors include two daughters, Doris Mae Cooper, Summerdale; Freida Ronjale Hertel, Tampa, Fla.; three sons, Eldred J. Allen, Summerdale; Ursechl S. Allen, Summerdale and Roy Allen, Elsanor; two sisters, Mary Dubose, Summerdale and Eula Sergant, Wilmer; two brothers, Jack Allen, Summerdale and Harvey Allen, Foley; friend and companion, Fliecy Farina, Summerdale; 11 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Jan. 28 from the chapel of Mack Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Lee officiating. Interment was in Wynn Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were by Mack Funeral Home.
