Funeral services for Jack Edward Veselka will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 1, 2001 at Palms Funeral Home with Rev. John Woody officiating. Jack was born to William Albert and Bernice Bolin Veselka on February 4, 1942 in Angleton. He was a lifetime resident of Angleton, a member of the National Guard Reserve, a member of Oyster Creek Methodist Church and was a retiree of A.I.S.D. He died on Thursday, August 30, 2001 at Angleton Danbury Medical Center. Survivors include his daughter, Stacey Veselka of Las Vegas, Nevada; sons, Kirk Veselka and wife, Taddie of Ingleside, Texas, Aaron Veselka and David Veselka of Angleton; grandchildren, April Hill of Angleton, Alicia Hill of Gause, Texas, Tallica Veselka, Micheala Veselka and Kurtis Veselka of Ingleside; brothers, Frank Veselka of Danbury, John Veselka of Kingwood; sister, Laura Veselka of Alvin; special friends, Larry and Billie Lee of Kingsville, Lois Lutz of Las Vegas, Diane Brown, Carolyn Brown and Suzanne Brown of Danbury; and numerous nieces and nephews.
