Bio

Pernicia was the daughter of Thomas Bowen. Pernicia Jane and Pinkney Marion Mullins married about 1866 in Pope County, Arkansas. They homesteaded 80 acres of land in Madison County in September 1898 and lived in Madison County from the mid 1870's to 1900. Pinkney Marion Mullins lived with his children after Pernicia's death, and is buried in Fairview Cemetery in Hughes County, Oklahoma. He died between 1910 and 1920 and his grave is marked with a military tombstone.
