Bio

The oldest daughter to Clayton (Coon)Harris Ponder (born July 8, 1857; died Sept. 29, 1921) and Sarah (Sally) Cornelia Jennings (born November 15, 1867(6); died March 17, 1955). She married Edwin Meriwether Ferrell Sept. 7, 1902 in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She had 3 children: Claude, Edna, Edwin. She was a devout member of First Methodist Church. Her friends, grandchildren and other family members called her "Ferrell."
