Bio

Married Thomas Sullivan in Ireland Children (1): Ann Married Henry W. Fay in Vermont Children (7): Abbey, Ellen, Elizabeth, John, Edward, William, Louisa Mary Ingram was born in Co. Armough, Ireland in 1809. Her mother was Irish, her father was an English soldier stationed on the island. The father died when she was a child and her mother died when she was in her teens of a disease called sleeping lethargy. Mary and Mr. Sullivan were married on Shreve Tuesday with her older brother's consent but against his advise. And Mary was married in a black dress because it was still in the years of mourning for her mother.
