OBITUARY Moore Funeral Home, Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas: Doris B. Gast JULY 6, 1919 – MAY 29, 2015 Doris B Gast passed away peacefully on May 29, 2015 in Clifton, TX. She was born in George, TX on July 6, 1919 and graduated from Normangee High School in 1936. Doris married Walt Gast in 1944 and lived in Ft. Worth, TX. Doris was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church where she served on the Altar Guild and as a Sunday School and Bible School teacher. She moved to Clifton, TX in 1984 and enjoyed her summers at the YMCA Camp of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado. Doris is survived by her son Lee Roy Gast and wife Julie, her daughter Janis Miligan and husband Gerald; grandchildren, Gretchen Chalfant and husband Cris, Angela Donley and husband Steve, and Johnathan Gast and wife Tiffany; great grandsons, Camden Chalfant and Jackson Donley; her brother, Joe Batson and numerous nieces and nephews.
