Bio

Lola Christine Stephens Golden, age 62 and a resident of 1208 Old Estill Springs Road in Winchester, died Christmas Day, December 25, at Southern Tennessee Medical Center. She was a native of Franklin County and a daughter of Clyde Stephens and Sadie Miller Stephens of Winchester, who survive. Mrs. Golden was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Austin Golden of Winchester; one daughter, Lolita A. Golden of Winchester; three sisters, Esteline Huffer of Winchester, Sandi Tucker of Michigan, and Helen Crouch of Nashville; two brothers, Abram Stephens and Aaron Stephens, both of Winchester. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with interment following in Franklin Memorial Gardens.
