THE PARIS NEWS, 31 Dec 1990 Edna Hamilton, 76, of Denison died at Country View Nursing Center in Savoy Saturday, 29 Dec 1990. Graveside services were scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Monday, 31 Dec, in the Georgia Cemetery with the Rev. Billy Holcomb officiating. Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Mrs. Hamilton was born in Boswell, Okla., on 7 Apr 1914, a daughter of Oscar Todd and Effie Ruffin. She married Dan Hamilton in 1961 in Denison. He died in 1971. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Denison. Her first husband, Robert Holcomb, preceded her in death in 1960. Surviving are a son, Bennie Holcomb of Denison; four sisters, Pat Helms of Paris, Mary Todd of Denison, Annie Joslin of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Susie Reynolds of Amarillo; one grandson and several nieces and nephews.
