Bio

The Yale Democrat (Yale, Okla.), Vol. 11, No. 14, Ed. 1 Thursday, November 21, 1918 Yale Boy Dies of Disese Wm. Pearson, engineer for the Sun Oil company, received a message Wednesday that his son, Private W.A. Peason, Co. D., 22nd Battalion, U.S. Guards, had died of erysipelas at Jerome, Arizona, November 20, 1918. Alvin would have been 23 years old had he lived until Dec. 31. He leaves a father, two brothers, James and Virgil, a sister, Mrs. Eva Thomas, all of Yale, to mourn his death. His body will be shipped back here for burial. We extend to the bereaved relatives our most sincere sympathy.
