Bio

Gary Arthur Carrigan, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away at his home July 18, 2011, at the age of 73. He was born and raised in Las Vegas. He later worked as a firefighter for Clark County. He also worked as a real estate broker all throughout Nevada, and retired to Pioche in the mid-90's. Gary was an avid outdoorsman and he loved to hunt and go horseback riding. He was a proud lifetime member of the NRA and the Mustang Association. He truly enjoyed talking and visiting with everyone and was very generous to his family. Gary is survived by his children, Gary C. Carrigan (Lisa) of Montana, Diana Joy (Ron) of Washington, and Michael Lloyd of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren; and his uncle Duane Luttig (Cynthia) of Oregon. He was preceded in death by his sister, Wava Hilton. Graveside services for Gary will be at 11 a.m. Friday July 29, at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Pioche.
