William Bell Sutton was born on 7 July 1858 in Hempstead County, Arkansas to Ansel/Asel and Lucretia Mouser Sutton. He married Sallie A. Jackson Wallace on 25 may 1884 in Lamar County, Texas. The couple had four children named Viola Octavia (Hattie), Emma Elizabeth, Daniel, and Dora Bell Sutton. William Bell Sutton died on 8 July 1930. His death certificate and other family say he was buried at the Red Hill Cemetery, but there is no tombstone. His cause of death was chronic Brights Disease. He would have been seventy-two years of age.
