Services for Virginia Frances Belcher, 91, of Mesquite, formerly of Corrigan, will be held at 2 p.m. today in the Corrigan Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Gene Douglas officiating. Burial will follow in the Wheeler Cemetery. Mrs. Belcher was born Nov. 4, 1913 in Raymondville and died Feb. 7, 2004 in the Willowbend Nursing Home in Mesquite.
