Columbus Adrian Hayles was born to Columbus Hayles Sr. and Gracy Hobbs Hayles. He was a retired truck driver and security guard and had worked at Kawneer. He was a Unites States Navy veteran of World War II, presented with a letter for bravery and dedication from President Harry S. Truman, and attended House of Prayer in Rogers. Survivors include his wife, Irma Coop Hayles of the home; two sons, Kenneth Fullerton and Howard Fullerton, both of Springdale; four daughters, Judy Hayles of Las Vegas, Lena Main of Lowell, Edith Huffman of Rogers and Christine Carter of Centerton; 18 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Gary Madl, Mark Upshaw, Sam Taylor, Ronnie Main, Michael Carter and David Huffman.
