Belleville Telescope November 4, 1993 Keith Ashton Keith N. Ashtoh, son of Ray H. and Florence Nichols Ashton, was bom September 8, 1911 at Agenda, and died October 30,1993, at Asbury Regional Medical Center in Salina, at the age of 82 years, one month and 22 days. He attended Agenda public schools. He was united in marriage to Botha Kasha. August 26,1933 at Belleville, and to this union two children were bom. They moved to Belleville in March 1939 and he was fmnerly employed as a hog buyer for the John Morell and Cudahy Packing companies. They moved to Salina in August of 1980. He was a past member (tf the Kiwanis, Eagles and Moose Lodge, former member of Belleville City Council and an active member of the R.S.VP. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Kent Ashton in May, 1993. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bertha Ashton, Salina, two sons. Kirk of Durant, Okla., Craig of Belleville; four granddaughters; one great-granddaughter, one brother, Curtis of Manhattan, one sister, Mrs. Gayle Martin, Salem, Ore. Funeral services were held November 2 atSt Edward Catholic Church, BelleviUe, conducted by Father Jolin Moeder. Interment was in Belleville Cemetery.
