Bio

Lillian Henrietta Bohac of Czechoslovakian descent, second of two daughters of Henry and Clara Bohac. She was preceded in death by her parents and only sister Gertrude Bohac, and her husband Joe Fritter on July 13, 2001. She graduated from Texas Women's University with a degree in elementary education. Lillian was an elementary school teacher in Violet, Texas. When the building was sold two years ago and the new owner had it demolished, she was forced into retirement after 56 years of dedicated service to the community.  (Corpus-Christi Caller-Times, Texas, August 18, 2005)
