Jack M. Eades, 73, of Mililani, a retired bookkeeper and a Navy retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Texas. He is survived by stepsons Jesus and John Schellhorn, stepdaughters Irene Tolintino and Camille Abreu, 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
