Bio

Daughter of James W ""Jim Bug" Whobrey and Isabella "Bell" Wilson. Exact date of her death unknown, but her husband was a widow by enumeration of the U.S. Census in June 1900. She is presumed to be buried in the Ashley family graveyard ("Ashley Hill"), but no marker has been found. She became the first wife of Duncan "Dunk" H Ashley at age 11---and bore him five daughters (Mary Frances, Nancy Bell, Bertha, Anna and Amy) and three sons (Dud, Dirett and Dillard)
