Bio

Born to Joseph and Mary (Spontanski) Jolkowski. She grew up and was educated in Sherman County. Married Roman Kwiatkowski in Paplin. They farmed in Sherman and Howard counties and moved to Grand Iland in 1966. Mrs. Kwiakowski worked at the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant and as a cook at the Shamrock, the White House Cafe and the Diner Cafe. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church. Survivors include two daughters, Louise and Geri, and a son, Lavern, two sisters, Irene Mazur and Rita Jadlowski and a brother, Longin Jolkowski. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Ronald; and three brothers, Clem, Floyd and Edwin Jolkowski.
