James Morgan SEYMOUR - James R. Morgan, 87, of Seymour died at 7:45 a.m. Saturday in Seymour Hospital after a long illness. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Red Springs Baptist Church. The Rev. Tom Robertson of Azle will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Randall Parks, pastor of Red Springs Baptist Church. Burial will be in Henson Cemetery in Red Spirngs, directed by Seymour Memorial Fruneral Home. Born April 19, 1890, in Alabama, he had lived in Baylor County for 50 years. He was a retired farmer. He married Frances L. Smith Jan. 22, 1911, in Granbury. She preceded him in death in 1969. Survivors include two daughters, Grace Morgan and Nell Morgan, both of the home; two sons, Joy of Red Springs and Darell of Plano; a sister, Ann Furlow of Durant, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
