Bio

PVT. BURLESON C. DEAN, son of E. A. and Meda Dean, Garland, Texas. Entered the service July, 1917. Trained at Camp Bowie. Attached to Company G, 144th Infantry, 36th Division. Overseas July, 1918. Was transferred to the 2nd Division and participated in St. Mihiel, Champagne and Meuse-Argonne. Wounded at St. Mihiel. Discharged.
