Obituary: Annie R. Kubelka April 2, 1910 - Nov. 23, 1995 CALDWELL - Services for Annie Rosie Kubelka, 85, of Caldwell will be 10 a.m. Monday at Caldwell Bretheren Church. The Revs. Henry Beseda and Dan Husak will officiate. Burial will be in Caldwell Masonic Cemetery. A prayer service will be 7 p.m. Suday in Phillips & Luckey Funeral Chapel. Mrs. Kubelka died Thursday evening at Burleson St. Joseph's Medical Center in Caldwell. Born in Burleson County to Frank P. and Rosie Anna Skravanek Marek, she was a homemaker. She was a member of Caldwell Brethren Church and enjoyed cooking, quilting, sewing and flower gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe D. Kubelka; her parents; a sister, Lilly Skrivanek; and a brother, Frank P. Marek, Jr. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Leroy J. and Barbara Kubelka of Ottawa, Illinois; a brother and sister-in-law, Theodore and Neldena Marek of San Marcos; a sister, Rose Skrabanek of Caldwell; four grandchildren; and numerous other relatives.
