PLYMOUTH, IN - John Thomas Little, 54, of Plymouth, son of a Lafayette resident, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2000, in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth. He was born Feb. 9, 1945, in Argos, IN. Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Joan and Billy Murdaugh of Lafayette; Louie of Niles, MI, Fred Leet of Niles, Patrick Laffey of Osceola, Leo Hill of Dowagiac, MI, and Mark of Elkhart; and two sisters, Linda Nichols of Battle Creek, MI, and Joann Hubanks of Hickory, NC. --Lafayette Journal & Courier - Wed 3/1/2000, page 18 ========== Birth Parents: James Isaac Newgent & Martha Joan Haysley. Named him Daniel Joseph Newgent after Martha Joan's father. Their first born. Eight more to follow. They divorced. All children adopted out. Adoptive parents: Mr & Mrs Little. Renamed Daniel as John Little. John is buried near his birth mother. Contributed.
