Obituary Killeen Daily Herald October 12, 2004 Hilda Hendrick Jackson BELTON -- Graveside services for Hilda Hendrick Jackson, 84, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Rogers Cemetery with the Rev. Marcie Hendrick officiating. Mrs. Jackson died Oct. 10, 2004, at a Belton nursing home. She was born July 15, 1920, in Shiner, the daughter of Herman and Maria Meier Hagemeister. Mrs. Jackson owned and operated Q.J.'s Place in Belton, a popular cafe in the 1970s known for its large lunch crowd. She was also a homemaker. Mrs. Jackson was of the Protestant faith. Survivors include a son, Jim Hendrick of Tennessee; a daughter, Sue Shade of Arkansas; three stepchildren, Marla Sand, Beauford Jackson and Charles Jackson; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three husbands, James Ollie Hendrick in 1962; Roy E. Quinn in 1969; and G.C. Jackson after 28 years of marriage. The family will receive visitors from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
