Bio
Eleanor Grace Howard, 88, died Feb. 1 at Community Hospital in Torrington. She was born Jan. 4, 1927, in Newman Grove, Neb., to David and Martha (Broberg) Anderson. She married Lewis Howard on Jan. 25, 1951. They lived and farmed north of Yoder. She was a medical technician and radiologist in Torrington and Lusk, and a lab technician at the Torrington hospital before retiring in 1974. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church, Saints and Sinners, the church choir, Altar Guild and the Yoder Women's Club. She is survived by daughters, Jeanne Howard and Janet Howard, both of Yoder; sister, Ruby Anderson of Omaha, Neb.; brother, John Anderson of Lingle; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Lewis; brother, Andy Anderson; and sisters, Evelyn Schamel, Margaret Thiemann and Ruth Anderson. © Wyoming Tribune Eagle February 4, 2015
