Bio

Mr. Ewald was a machinist employed by the Houston Electric Company for 32 years. He and Miss Blanche Cecile Benz were married 23 Jun 1915 by Rev. J. Schnetze, Pastor, Blessed Sacrament Church in Houston. Survivors: Widow, Mrs. Blanche Ewald; three daughters, Mrs. C. H. Hattenbach, Miss Lucille Ewald and Miss Dorothy Ewald; his mother, Mrs. Lena Ewald; a brother, Albert Ewald, all of Houston, and six sisters, Mrs. C. F. Tofte, Sr., Mrs. A. C. Timme, Mrs. J. A. Barnett, Mrs. H. H. Franke and Miss Bertha Ewald, all of Houston, and Mrs. V. W. Pilcher of Sweet Hall, VA.
