The Teague Chronicle - Nov 5, 1920 issue: "Died at Fairfield Mrs. I. H. Bonner died at the family home in Fairfield at 10:00 o'clock Tues night of appendicitis. The remains were interred in Fairfield Cemetery at 3:30 o'clock Wed. afternoon. The funeral was in charge of C. M. Branch, undertaker of Teague." ================================================= The Teague Chronicle - Nov 12, 1920 issue: "Funeral of Mrs. Bonner The funeral of Mrs. I. H. Bonner of Fairfield took place Wed. afternoon, Nov 3, in the Fairfield Cemetery, the services being conducted by Rev. W. B. Preston of Teague. Mrs. Bonner was 77 years of age and had been in declining health for some time. Her death occurred at the same house, and in the same room, in which she was married 45 years ago. She is survived by her husband and two daughters, one of whom lives in Alabama, and the other is Mrs. J. E. Sneed, Teague. Mrs. Bonner was a woman of loveable character, and a great concourse of friends and relatives far and near attended the funeral."
