Bio

Services for Harvey Craig, 67, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Tahoka with the Rev. Lynn Long officiating and the Rev. Jerry Becknal assisting. Burial will follow at Tahoka Cemetery under the direction of White Funeral Home in Tahoka. He died Monday, June 25, 2001, at his residence. He was born on May 7, 1934, in Grassland. He married Dorothy Mae Key on Sept. 6, 1951, in Tahoka. He attended school in Garnolia. He was a farmer. He moved to Lubbock in 1994 from Tahoka. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Karen Melton of Midland and Cindy Hawthorne of Tahoka; three brothers, Robert of Post, Billy of Tahoka and Dub of Waco; three sisters, Pearl Herman of Lubbock, Barbara Hawkins of Austin and Maurine Chesser of Waco; and five grandchildren.
