Bio

Herald Coaster, August 15, 1984: Funeral services for Mary F. Cernoch, 72, of Needville, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Needville, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. A rosary will be recited 8:15 p.m. Wednesday at Davis-Dawson Funeral Home Chapel in Needville, with Father Ludon-Angelle officiating. Mrs. Cernoch died Tuesday morning in Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital in Richmond after a brief illness. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, the KJZT, and the Altar Society. Survivors include two daughters, Irene Dittrich of Houston and Mary Demel of Schulenburg; three sons, Alois Cernoch of Rosenberg, Frankie Cernoch of El Campo, and Edward G. Cernoch of Needville; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and other relatives. Friends may call at the Davis-Dawson Funeral Home in Needville after 3 p.m. Wednesday.
