"Peggy Sue Thaler, age 74 of Schwertner, Texas passed away Tuesday November 11, 2014. Peggy was a long time member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Bartlett. She loved antiquing, playing bridge, her pets, and her family. Peggy and her husband, Don, were active members of the Bartlett community, where they owned the Red and White Grocery store and the Village Antique Shoppe. Later, Peggy would retire from Georgetown ISD. Peggy is survived by Don Thaler, her husband of 55 years; two children; and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at 10 am at St. John's Lutheran Church in Bartlett, Texas. Burial followed at St. John's Cemetery." Temple Daily Telegram .
