Matilda R. Rice, age 93, of Meridian, passed away Tuesday morning, November 25, 2014, in a Clifton nursing facility. Matilda was born August 20, 1917, in Cranfills Gap, Texas.. She married Hubert G. Rice on June 16, 1934, in Walnut Springs, Texas, and he preceded her in death on August 2, 1998.
