Born September 20 1924 in Portales, New Mexico and passed away on January 14 1997 at the age of 73 Years. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Kenneth Vaughan & Lola Pearl Houk Vaughan, His sisters Alene Etoye Vaughan and Carrie Virginia Vaughan. Survived during World War II a few months, left with a Medical condition
