Bio

"Harold "Sonny" Stanislaw, Sr., 51, of Cameron, died Friday in a Temple Hospital after a short illness. Funeral was at 3 p.m. Saturday in Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron with the Rev. Louis Pavlicek officiating. Burial was in St. Monica's Catholic Cemetery. Mr. Stanislaw was born in Cameron. He was a veteran of World War II and was employed with the Cameron Compress Co. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sue Stanislaw of Cameron, three sons, Harold Stanislaw, Jr. of Gause and Donald Ray Stanislaw and John Stanislaw, both of Cameron; two brothers, John Stanislaw of Bryan and Bobby Stanislaw of Cameron, and two grandchildren."
