OBITUARY: Felix Huppert, 74 Felix F. Huppert, 74, Prescott, died Saturday afternoon at Hudson Memorial Hospital. He was born October 9, 1909 in Oak Grove Township, Pierce County, the son of Michael and Clothilda Huppert. He married Mildred Holmquist January 17, 1932 at St. Mary's Catholic Church at Big River. The couple farmed in Oak Grove Township before moving to Prescott in 1960. He worked as a carpenter for Manion Construction before retiring in 1976. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Prescott. Surviving are his wife; four sons, James, Ernest, Milton and Roman, and one daughter, Mrs. John (Vivienne) Hoikka, all of Prescott; 21 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Clement Huppert of River Falls; two sisters, Mrs. Leo (Elsie) Schmidt, River Falls and Mrs. John (Hildegard) Hayes, Greendale, Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by one brother. Funeral was this morning at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Prescott with Rev. Thomas Mannion officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Winberg-McLaughlin Funeral Home, Prescott, was in charge of arrangements.
