Other children (Info. to be added as obtained): Joyce, Robert, Garlan, Elmer. 1940 census shows name as "Elijah". Elige Cornelius Lowrance had lived in Eliasville and Newcastle, Young County, Texas, USA when he was a boy with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Lowrance. Mr. & Mrs. Lowrance were members of the Assembly of God Church. Elige and his wife Sallie were killed in an automobile accident in Texas, returning home to Cedaredge after a visit to family in Texas. Double funeral services for both were held at the Assembly of God Church at Cedaredge, Colorado. Survived by two daughters; six sons; six brothers: H.R. Lowrance, Verniel Lowrance, Virgil Lowrance, Oscar Lowrance, Arthur Lowrance, Alfred Lowrance and four sisters. (Contributed by Searchers of Our Past)
