Bio

Temple passed away June 10, 2021 in Tyler, Texas. She was born on September 11, 1922 in Elkhart,Texas to Maude Ludell Ray and George Washington Honeycutt. She was one of seven children. Temple was a nurse starting at age 13 and was always dedicated to caring for family and friends. Her tenets of life were work hard, be honest, save for the future, provide for family, and trust in God. The needs of her family always came before her own. Her legacy will always be the impact she made on those around her. Temple is survived by her daughter, Charlotte (Bill) Swindell; granddaughter, Tammie (Bret) Dunn; grandsons Robert (Tracy) Golladay, Rodney (Julie) Turner and Chad (Suann) Martin; great grandchildren, Chase, Logan, Jake, Jacob, Britney, Allison, Jillian and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings; husband, Clayton Bolt, and daughter, Peggy Taylor. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Haven of Memories in Canton, Texas.
